The Leasing Process

1. Application:
   We can take an application over the phone or by fax.
2. Credit:
   Personal credit is pulled immediately. Bank and trade references are contacted within four business hours of receipt of application (a minimum "low 4" average balance is required). When the above information is complete, the package is submitted to the credit desk. A credit decision is returned within 8 business hours. We can fax or Federal Express documents to the lessee on the day of approval.
3. Documentation:
   Upon approval and equipment description, First Choice Commercial Funding will prepare the lease documents. Documents will be sent to either the vendor or the customer along with a return Federal Express envelope.
4. Funding:
   Upon receipt of documents and the verbal delivery and acceptance, vendor payment will be sent Federal Express within 24 hours. First Choice Commercial Funding handles all Federal Express expenses.
